Da Nang has cooperated with Hekate Company to apply AI to Smart Tourism to serve people and tourists on the occasion of the 2017 APEC Summit Week ((Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation Forum). ) Da Nang City and Hekate have built and developed a new automatic travel search information channel (chatbot application) on the first message in Vietnam called Danang Fanstaticity chatbot.
