Da Nang Department of Tourism has cooperated with Hekate Technology Joint Stock Company to build, develop and pilot a first new message channel to automatically search fro tourist information.
Every year, Da Nang city attracts a significant number of tourists, both foreign and domestic. Therefore, the Danang Department of Tourism has cooperated with Hekate Technology Joint Stock Company to put the automatic tourist information search channel on SMS – Chatbot Danang Fantasticity into operation.
A chatbot is an effective tool for the city to promote tourism most effectively in the new normal situation during the complicated development of the Covid-19 epidemic when many domestic and foreign tourists do not have the opportunity to visit Da Nang city.
To strengthen information channels to support tourists, the Da Nang Department of Tourism has cooperated with Hekate Technology Joint Stock Company to build, develop and pilot the first-ever automatic tourist information lookup channel in Vietnam, called Chatbot Danang FantastiCity.
In 4 years of operation, Chatbot is regularly updated with complete tourist information, including categories: Attractions, Events, Experiences, Accommodation, Weather in Da Nang within 3 dates, and other tourist information you need to know (i.e., public toilets, ATM locations, hotline phone numbers…)
