The People’s Committee of Quang Nam province has officially put the Call Center 1022 Quang Nam into operation from April 2, 2021. The 1022 Quang Nam call center is the channel for collecting, processing, answering, and handling socio-economic issues, concerns, and administrative procedures from people and businesses in the province. During the Covid-19 epidemic situation, starting from July 26, 2021, the 1022 Quang Nam switchboard will provide additional answering services about the Covid-19 epidemic for the province’s citizens.

The 1022 Quang Nam switchboard received an average of more than 500 interactions from people and businesses. Quang Nam Provincial People’s Committee has started piloting Chatbot to upgrade the citizen service level of Quang Nam Public Service Information Center through the project of Building and piloting Chatbot in providing public service information.
